Deposits will be reimbursed by the hotel provided we receive written cancellation (by fax, email, or post) no later than:
- 24 hours before the arrival date for a stay of three nights or fewer.
- 3 days before the arrival date for a stay of more than three nights.
- In case of no-show or if the booking is cancelled (after the deadlines indicated above) or cut short, the hotel will retain the deposit.
- Any stay started is due to be paid in full
